HIGH PEAK MEADOW HOUSE UPDATE
The High Peak Meadow House, located on the Catskill Mountains in Maplecrest, NY is nearing completion. The 2,900 sf Modern Modular house sits atop a 2,000 sf insulated concrete form (ICF) finished basement. It utilizes several environmentally conscious energy systems and materials and is to be RES4's first house seeking the National Association of Home Builder's Green Home Building gold certification.
CATSKILLS SUBURBAN SET
The Catskills SUBurban, located on the Catskill Mountains in Palenville, NY was set on Thursday, September 18th. The house is to completed by the end of the year. Stay tuned for more updates.
