The Lido Beach House, located in Lido Beach, NY, is nearing completion. The 2,600 sf Modern Modular house is a full time residence located a short walk from the beach. The house has 4 distinct decks, including a roof deck with views up and down the Long Island shore. The heat is on just in time for winter - interior and exterior work are progressing quickly.
